Restaurant was closed however they took my order. I am still waiting to see if this will be refunded

Waited over 1 hr for food to arrive Pizza was cold and mashed in the boxes Amount of fries in the burger meal was pathetic Missing fries on the pizza meal (not the first time) Chicken wings didn't taste bbq at all Since new people have taken over the quality as dropped dramatically I used to order here every week when Abdullah and his dad was running the place and spending £40 every time maybe twice a week I am very disappointed

Order was not delivered. Staff difficult to talk to over the phone and seem to not understand basic English. Asked for a refund for order (at least twice) but was not reimbursed. Probably the worst customer service I have experienced in a very long time.

Food was great as normal delivery time was very good too
